What a shitty week it's been all around. Work has been horrendous. School has been impossible. Marjaneh and I have been fighting quite a bit lately. The one thing that's keeping me afloat is exercise. I've been cycling 45 minutes every day and doing some weight training. I've been using myfitnesspal to keep from eating everything in sight. So far so good! I've learned to eat normal and not fat ass building portions both at home and when I eat out. I feel great. Sort of.
